Bilateral Breast Reduction in elderly lady large, heavy (34G) breasts

• Presents in 2016 with large breasts causing long-standing chronic back pain which was not relieved by physiotherapy
• 34G bra cup size. Body mass index (BMI) of 22.3
• Medical history: Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure. Non-smoker.
• Aug 2016- Bilateral breast reduction using Wise Pattern Incision and Superomedial Dermoglandular Pedicled flap – volume excised – left side = 481g, right side = 563g.
